Reservations in the room block are subject to availability and may be fully booked previous to the booking deadline. For assistance or if you require additional nights, before or after the posted group dates, please contact the hotel directly.

Legally imposed taxes (currently 16.9%) and applicable fees ($5 daily Georgia lodging fee) will be charged at, or shortly after, the time the reservation is made. This charge will be refundable until 7 days before the check-in date if written cancellation notification is received by the hotel.

Student Center Parking Deck: W02 (West Campus) Hourly Rates via Georgia Tech Parking and Transportation

Main Campus Parking Lot: The parking lot between the student center and the parking deck is a Park Mobile lot with hourly, pre-pay rates. Not paying will result in a ticket.

Rideshare Drop Off: John Lewis Student Center and Stamps Commons – 351 Ferst Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30332

MARTA: Midtown Station has a Georgia Tech Shuttle Stop (Gold Route) that can take attendees from the MARTA station to the student center and back to the station. 

Georgia Tech Shuttle (Stinger): The Gold Route South Bound Stop is located in Tech Square in front of Moe’s and across from the Georgia Tech Hotel and Global Learning Center. Attendees can take the shuttle from Tech Square to the student center and back to the hotel. If attendees are staying at the Renaissance Hotel, they will use the Academy of Medicine stop across from the hotel (Gold Route).
